We have two rooms: a very large double room overlooking a large quiet garden and a double ensuite, available in a SPACIOUS, BRIGHT, AND FRIENDLY SHARED HOUSE refurbished to a high standard. There is a very large communal area for all the housemates to enjoy.

All bills, including a weekly cleaner and fast Wi-Fi, are FULLY INCLUSIVE.

Excellent transport links: Ashford Station and M25 5 mins, close to Heathrow, Ashford hospital, BP Sunbury business park, Staines, Egham, and Kingston.

The house has a very large open plan shared living room, dining room, and kitchen; all furnished to a high standard including 2 elegant leather sofas, coffee tables, 6 seat dining table, a 40” TV and smart DVD player. There is also a wired internet connection for games consoles.

The contemporary kitchen has all modern appliances; range cooker and double oven, microwave, 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. All cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery are provided.

The bedrooms are all furnished - bed, mattress, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, desk with TV aerial and super-fast broadband points (up to 100 Mb) - Cat 5 connections (also has Wi-Fi available throughout the house)

The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with showers (and one with a bath as well), plus a separate toilet.

At the front of the house, there is off-street parking for 3-4 cars (and unlimited street parking in the road directly opposite the house) whilst at the back, there is a sunny patio area with table and chairs, large lawn (the gardener is included as well) and a lockable shed for bicycles.

We take your safety very seriously and the house is also fitted with fire doors and an integrated smoke and fire alarm system.

The rent is inclusive of all bills for electricity, gas, water, TV license (communal areas), broadband and council tax. The price also includes weekly cleaning of shared living space and a gardener. There are no additional rental agencies, administration or tenancy agreement charges.

SUITABLE FOR PROFESSIONALS.
Currently, the housemates consist of 3 young professionals. All get on well together and regularly go to the gym, have barbecues, share meals and a drink whilst also respecting their own space.

We are unable to let it to couples.

Bus stops for 216, 400, 555, 557 and 655 & 667 2 minutes walk for Hatton Cross/Heathrow Term 4, Heathrow Central Bus station for Terminals 1-3, Heathrow Term 4, BP Campus Sunbury, Staines, Kingston, Walton, Woking, Stanwell Village, and Ashford.

Bus stops for 203, 216, 400, 441, 591 and 116 are 2 mins walk from the house going to Hounslow, Staines, Kingston, Walton, Heathrow Central, Englefield Green, and Stanwell Moore.
