Single recently refurbished room to let in a 5 bed-roomed house in a quiet residential road. Five mins walk from Ashtead station and backing on to Ashtead common. Parking on road outside house and large garden available to use. Good local amenities and easy access to M25. Use of large kitchen including fridge and freezer space and some communal areas. No TV in room but good Wifi connection. Use of wardrobe and drawers if needed.

Looking for someone who is easy going and friendly and who will fit in with myself and family. Preferably someone who has their own home but requires a room during the week for work/study purposes.
