If you are a clean, tidy female professional looking for a characterful and furnished room to call your own in Ashtead then please contact me. You would be sharing with a busy professional so the room would suit someone quiet, independent and self-sufficient (and nice!). This small but perfectly formed sanctuary is in the centre of the village; 5 mins in the car to the M25 (Junction 9) or 40 mins to Victoria/Waterloo by train from the station in lower Ashtead. I would consider a Monday to Friday let as well as full time.
