Five mins walk from Ashtead station and backing on to Ashtead common. Parking on road outside house and large garden available to use. Good local amenities and easy access to M25. Use of large kitchen including fridge and freezer space and some common areas. Large TV in double room and good wi-fi connection. Looking for someone who is easy-going and friendly and who will fit in with myself and my daughter. In view of the current lock down the room will only become available when it has ended andt he risk has reduced.
