Situated less than 10 minutes from Ashtead train station with its links to Waterloo, London Victoria and London Bridge, we live in a 4 bedroom semi in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Also less than 10 minutes away is a parade of shops including a Tesco, butchers, a bakery and restaurants. There are many open spaces including Ashtead Common virtually on the doorstep.

The rent includes all bills, including high speed internet from Virginmedia.

We are an easy going family of 4, two adults (42 and 49) with two children (aged 8 and 10) and a live-in aupair (22).

The double bedroom has plenty of storage with built-in cupboards. There is a family bathroom which you would have use of, sharing it with the au-pair. We have an en-suite and rarely use the bathroom.

Downstairs there is another toilet, kitchen with fridge and freezer space (and your own cupboards), a living area, study and large utility area, plus a conservatory (which is currently serving as a playroom) and a nice size garden.
