Kitchen has a double oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dining area, dishwasher and washing machine. Lounge is fully fitted out with sofa, TV, piano.
Parking is based in the visitor bays across from the house (gravel area) Bikes can also be stored in garage. Garden has outdoor furniture, parasol and a BBQ is available.
I am looking for a friendly, reliable tenant (female preferred) to rent this room I am looking for someone who is reasonably sociable i. e. does not want to spend their life in their room, may join for a glass of wine or chat in the evening or perhaps watch a movie together, but who also respects the other’s privacy. I would prefer professional tenants or post-grad/PhD students only. I list female preferred as it makes a good balance in the house and has worked with my previous 5 tenants in my last house. Would prefer someone without any pets.
About myself: my name is David, aged 45. I work as a software analyst in the IT industry. My hobbies include social activities, music, photography, travel, computing, cinema, cycling and sports.
The house is completely non-smoking including the garden.
The house is well located for Farnham/Guildford/Farnborough business areas Town centre is 30 minutes walk, the Railway Station (35 minutes). Nearest bus stop is approx 10 min walk.

Please note that this house is NOT suitable for those who need somewhere full time to work from home. Occasional work here and there is no problem, but the government 'rent a room' scheme for live-in landlords does NOT permit full time working from home for a tenant.
Contract wise - looking at minimum of 2-3 months up to 12 months.
