Top floor double room to let in a 3 bed house.
Room is a large one on the top floor, and comes with a small annex which could be used as a home office/living room.
Top floor also contains a small bathroom with sink and toilet, solely for the occupants use.
Renter to have use of a downstairs bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower. This bathroom isn't used by the other occupants, only for guests to use the toilet facilities.
Comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, and dressing table.
The small room next to it contains some storage units.
Depending on preference of renter, furniture can be removed or left.
House sharing with a lovely lady in her 70s who lives with her Shar Pei rescue, Red. Please note, as the dog is a rescue, she doesn't like being touched by people she doesn't know.
Renter will have access to the rest of the shared areas of the house and garden.
Ideally looking for someone who works during the week.

Gorgeous views from the window and skylight on the top floor.
The house is opposite a garden centre, and lots of shops in the area.
2 train stations within 10 minute drive, Aldershot and Farnham station.

Bills included in £600pcm rent, £600 deposit.
