About the Home
Welcome to a warm, modern and peaceful home in the heart of Bagshot — a calm and stylish 3-bedroom house tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking.

You’ll have access to a lovely open-plan living and dining space (perfect for relaxing or movie nights), a spacious kitchen, and a lovely garden complete with BBQ and an inflatable hot tub for the summer. There’s also a laundry room, a downstairs guest loo, and a shared bathroom upstairs with both a bath and shower.

The available double bedroom comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own. The carpet will be freshly cleaned (or possibly replaced) before you move in.

🐾 A Note About the Cats
Sharing the home are two Bengal cats — Vinny (4) and Astrid (2) — who are affectionate, clean, and very much part of the family. They’re minimal shedders, and their litter setup is completely odour-free and kept in a separate room.

👋 About Me
You’ll be sharing with me — I work in PR in London twice a week (rest of the week I do WFH) and run a theatre school on weekends. I’m clean, considerate, and easy-going, and I value a calm, tidy home. I’m often working from my home office during weekdays, but in the evenings you’ll find me cooking, watching a film, or occasionally I like to host a relaxed dinner or games night - or BBQ if the weather is nice (you’re always welcome to join!).

I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and tidy professional who values a peaceful but sociable home — someone who enjoys their own space but is also up for the occasional chat or glass of wine.
