Spacious Modern Ensuite Double

I am looking to rent out one of my en-suite bedrooms.

The room is of a good size, double bed, new bedding. Plenty of wardrobe space. Wall mounted plug for you’re tv to be hung. Large modern bathroom with power shower, large gated off road parking for your car.

My place is ultra modern and open plan. I have fibre broadband. M3 is only a short drive away, so good links to London, Heathrow airport and surrounding towns etc. The train station is a short walk where trains to London via Ascot are frequent.

I’m pretty busy with work and outside interests but it’s nice to have a quick catch up after work. I like people to be able to call my place home, feel at ease and be able to have a healthy mix of interaction but also mutual respect for privacy

Ideally I’d like someone who is looking for a long term arrangement 12 months plus but I’d consider a shorter term, also have given notice at their current place and are in a position to move in as soon as possible after deciding the room is suitable.
