There is one self-contained apartment and a room available in a shared house.

The estate is very private and set back from the main road with its own access road. There is plenty of land and space for parking and storage. The maisonette has its own garages and all the bedrooms and living rooms are in good condition.

Priority will be given to guardians that work from home or with varying shift working patterns.
