A ‘with it’ older lady with reduced mobility and an illness that causes tiredness is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

She would value the friendly reassurance and company of having a Sharer who can give her some friendly company and practical help, including cooking and sharing a few meals each week – particular on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. They would also appreciate otehr general practical help around the home such as picking up shopping, helping to keep the house clean and tidy, simple IT/help with emails and ad hoc practical help and errands as may be needed.

The accommodation on offer is a double bedroom with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is shared, as is the kitchen sitting room and garden.

The property is in Banstead, approx. 18 minutes’ walk to Banstead Station and 15 minutes’ walk to Epsom Downs Station (Southern Railway). There are regular buses into the centre of Epsom and Epsom Hospital.

The lady shares her home with her 42-year-old son who works long hours, which is why she would appreciate the additional help and company. She is loveily to talk to and enjoys reading historical novels and watching quiz programmes. She used to enjoy crafts, such as painting, too.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests. If someone worked from home a few days a week that would be a bonus.
