Looking for an educated female housemate to join two other friendly young professional females (graduates working in the design industry). I am looking for a tenant who is working full-time or able to pay 3 months rent in advance. The minimum term is 6 months.

The room is in a pretty 4-bed house - it is a bright small single room with the bed raised high and a desk and drawers underneath.

Comes with a free regular cleaner who cleans every room (bathroom is very clean), all bills included with fast fibre broadband and pretty garden.

There is a new Tesco Express 3mins walk away. Banstead, Sutton and Epsom town centres are also close by.

Bus stop 2mins walk, Woodmansterne train station and Coulsden South train stations are close by too. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood and security cameras are fitted too.

Postcode is SM7 3PQ. Viewings can be arranged - Sundays at 12pm are best.

6 months minimum term, please - however 1 year minimum is preferred.
