Double bedroom for 4 week let!

I am looking for a young professional female to live in my lovely home for a short 4 week period as I will be moving out next month, but there is a room available from 6th August for anyone who may want it.

The house is predominantly female (with the exception of one male Kitten) The new house mate will have their own double room, unfurnished and will share the main bathroom with one other female house mate, downstairs there is a lovely modern fully fitted kitchen diner, as well as a separate utility room. There is a good size back garden, with patio, which is great for summer socialising. There is also a Lounge area on the lower level, with Sofa & TV for you, along with a "mini gym" which you are welcome to use!

The property has wireless broadband included and all your bills are covered, also there is Sky TV, with most channels in the Lounge area. There is plenty of space for parking on the drive and overall living here will be more like a home than a house share.

As mentioned earlier, i do have a Kitten, and his mother still lives with me too, so you would need to be a fan of friendly cats! :-) As you can see from the pictures the house is very well kept and we keep it clean and tidy so everyone can enjoy it. Although, we do hope the new house mate will fit in well and we like to have fun and socialise too.
