I have a lovely 2nd room that I use as an office at the weekends.
It has a really comfortable Narrow Boat Bed and wardrobe space that would be perfect for someone who is only in the South London or Surrey area during the week.

One months deposit is required and rental must be paid 1 month in advance. A tenancy agreement will be issued.
I am a very tidy professional individual and would prefer someone of the same nature.

- 10 min walking distance to Banstead Station (direct train to Sutton and Victoria)
- WIFI
- All bills
(Not use of washing machine).

Banstead has a lovely little village within walking distance with every little convenience you can think of.

This share would suit a mature business professional who requires a room and office desk to use during the week.
Monday night to Thursday night inclusive (4 nights). If you require 5 nights accommodation, this can be discussed.
