We are a creative and professional couple looking for a like-minded tenant to move into our SUPER large Double room, fitted waldrobes & Off street Parking. We have a 3 bedroom house in Surrey which situated in a cul-de-sac behind the hub of Banstead village which boasts excellent amenities and great transport links. The house is quite roomy and most of the house has been newly decorated. The room would be perfect for short term lets.

.A large living room which we are happy to share within reason

·Separate fridge/freezer and cupboard space in the kitchen for you to keep your food and utensils

·Laundry room - washing machine and tumble dryer

·Off road parking for 1 car/scooter/motor bike

·The property is alarmed

·Very close to local amenities, shops, boutiques, banks, library, leisure centre, GP surgery, Pub, Restaurants, dentist, post office etc and public transport

.local 24 hour supermarket

·Great access to the M25, Gatwick and Heathrow and less than 30 mins to central London via train

·Local areas include Cheam, Sutton, Chessington , Ewell, Kingswood and Epsom

PARTICULARS

·Bills all in include water, wi-fi connection, council tax, gas and electricity. We do expect reasonable use of amenities

.As this is a sharing environment we expect new roomies to contribute towards things like cleaning supplies and toilet paper now and again - we all take a turn at buying makes it easier than walking around the house with a roll of loo paper under your arm lol.

.We do NOT provide bedding, towels, cutlery/ crokery, electric heaters/fans, tea/coffee or laundry/cleaning services (had to put this in as we've been asked so many times)

·A professional reference and a proof of income is required as we are not taking deposits

·A strictly NO smoking house, NO pets and NO DSS.
