Large double room with own bathroom

Large double room available in three floor townhouse. Room is on the top floor with its own private newly refurbished bathroom. There is a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, although you can bring your own furniture if wanted. I live in the house with my cat. I have a small garden but it’s perfectly formed, and a summerhouse. Although I am a smoker I do not smoke in the house. Very close to two train stations, tram stop and bus routes. Ideally looking for a female to rent to. Occasionally have my adult son come to stay but usually only for the odd weekend. Please get in touch if you would like any more information. Thanks!
