I'm looking for a flatmate to share a very peaceful 2 bed flat in leafy belmont, very close to Sutton and Cheam. Convenient to south west London areas (Wimbledon, Morden, Kingston etc). Good access to central London via Sutton.

The room available is currently unfinished, so you can put your own stamp on it and make it your own cosy space. There is a spacious living room and kitchen off the living room. If you have lots of stuff with you, there is an attic for extra storage if needed.

I'm a busy but relaxed guy, easy enough to live with I'm told :) I am gay, so the place would suit a friendly level headed gay or gay friendly person.

Rent is £500 pcm plus some bills (council tax, electricity, etc, circa £100pcm).
