Hi there!

We have a bright, cozy room available in the heart of Bentley village (just west of Farnham). It’s a quiet, welcoming neighborhood where you can truly relax, but you’re never far from the essentials.

The Space
The bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, and clothes storage. You’ll have a full-size bathroom on the first floor all to yourself.

Downstairs, the heart of the house is our bright kitchen-dining room. It’s a great common area that opens directly onto a sunny garden perfect for a morning coffee or an evening breath of fresh air.

The Location
If you commute or love a weekend getaway, the location is hard to beat:

Bentley Station: Just a 3-minute drive (takes you to London Waterloo in 58 minutes).

Easy Road Access: Right by the A31 for quick trips to the south coastline.

Village Life: You’re a 2-minute stroll from the local pub, café, convenience store, and Post Office.

The Household
You’ll be sharing with a landlady (who works from home), a friendly gentleman lodger, and a very lovable black Labrador. We’re a laid-back household—we value our own privacy and a quiet environment, but we’re always up for a friendly chat or a shared cup of tea.
