Large Double Room and Parking near Farnham

A large bright room available in the heart of Bentley village (just west of Farnham). It’s a quiet, welcoming neighborhood where you can truly relax, but you’re never far from the essentials. One off-road parking is available.

The bedroom is located on the ground floor and comes furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, desk and wardrobe. A private bathroom with a bath tub on the first floor for your own use.

Downstairs, the heart of the house is our bright kitchen, dining, living room. It’s a great common area that opens directly onto a sunny garden perfect for a morning coffee, hybrid working or an evening breath of fresh air.

Bentley Station: Just a 3-minute drive (takes you to London Waterloo in 58 minutes).
Easy Road Access: Right by the A31 for quick trips to the south coastline.
Village Life: You’re a 2-minute stroll from the local pub, café, convenience store, and Post Office.

You’ll be sharing with a friendly gentleman lodger, It is a laid-back household—we value our own privacy and a quiet environment, but we’re always up for a friendly chat or a shared cup of tea.
