My name is Chris I am live in landlord I am looking for a lodger to rent my small single newly painted and carpeted spareroom must be considerate, clean/tidy

Currently there is myself (landlord) and my other lodger, we are very laid back and sociable

Facilities include shared with myself and my other lodger:

-Use of downstairs shower room and toilet and upstairs bathroom and toilet
-Kitchen
-Lounge with Sky TV
-Dining Area
-Broadband
-Small Garden
-Shared use of laundry facilities
- On street parking only
- Strictly no smoking

I have a cleaner who attends fortnightly
to clean all communal areas and a window cleaner who comes every 6/7 weeks
