My name is Chris I am a live in landlord, I am looking for a lodger to rent my fully furnished spare double room, must be considerate, clean/ tidy

I have a cleaner who comes fortnightly to clean all communal areas and a window cleaner who comes every 6/7 weeks

Currently there is myself and my other lodger who only stays here two/three days a week so it's mainly just myself living here.

I work as a Healthcare Assistant and I am also a property Landlord, I am very laid back love to socialise 😀
