This gorgeous but small annexe is detached from the main property, but its adjacent to neighbours’ annexes and has its own small patio and separate entrance. The annexe is situated in the very sought-after Blackheath Village, 15min drive from Guildford/Surrey, 5 min drive from Chilworth train/shops and 10min from Shalford. A car is recommended.

The Annexe backs onto Blackheath heathland and forest which is an AONB; area of outstanding natural beauty and full of opportunities for walking, cycling, running and mindfulness in nature.

The annexe has its own shower enclosure with an electric shower, wash hand basin and a modern toilet suite.

There is direct access to the main house to share the kitchen with all utilities.

The main room has a modern double MUJI bed, rustic chest of drawers and optional under bed storage. A foldable desk is provided. A television available on request.

The rent includes heating and lighting, water rates, Internet access. The shared broadband is currently sufficient for personal use but not for working purposes. There is plenty of free off-road parking.

It is within easy reach of Guildford Town Centre which has extensive shopping, dining, and leisure facilities, Including the G-Life and Odeon Cinema and the Yvonne Arnaud & Electric Theatre. For the sports-minded, there are several golf courses, gyms, and tennis courts.

Guildford has a mainline station offering fast rail services to London Waterloo (approx. 35 mins). The annex is 15min walking distance to Chilworth Bus stop and train station. It is necessary to have a car.
