I have a large single room available in my clean and tidy 3 bed house. The room has been recently redecorated and is furnished with new bed and new wardrobe and chest of draws. The house comprises of a refurbished kitchen, new heating system, modern bathroom/toilet room and a garden at the rear. Parking is available on the driveway. I have 2 indoor cats so tenant must be cat friendly. Property is within walking distance of Blackwater train station which is on the Guildford/Gatwick and Reading train lines. The M3 is only 2 miles away and the M4 is about a 15 minute drive. Whilst I have stated smoking as yes, this is only permitted outside in the garden not in the house.
