Bright Spacious Double-Room with En-Suite

My partner and I are looking for the right tenant to occupy the second bedroom in our cottage. The bedroom is bright, spacious with lots of storage space. You will have your very own en-suite bathroom too!

The cottage:
We have a lovely shared living room with a large flat-screen TV, with access to Netflix and an open fireplace. The kitchen has all the facilities you need, including a washing machine and a dryer. There is also high-speed Wifi. Our garden is also lovely and very large, with a summer house, BBQ and outside furniture.

Surrounding area:
The location is beautiful. Our quiet cul-de-sac is home to six other cottages, and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. We are surrounded by fields (you MUST be able to drive if staying, this is essential!) and a stone's throw from the stunning Hawley lake and woodland area, ideal for dog walkers and runners.

Local Amenities:
Just down the road is Fleet town centre, as well as Camberley (where you'll find a large Tesco and M&S) and not too far away is the quaint town of Hartley-Whitney - very picturesque. There is also a delightful pub on your door-step, The Crown & Cushion, roughly two mins walk away.

Transport:
As mentioned, you must be able to drive! The nearest station is Farnborough Main, with trains into London Waterloo running frequently and taking about 35 minutes.

A little about us:
My partner and I are very easy-going. All we ask is that you respect the house and clean up after yourself. We both work and are not at home all the time, so you will have space to yourself sometimes. If you have a pet, that's fine by us - we are animal lovers!
