There is easy access to M3, Camberley, Farnborough, Guildford, Bracknell, as well as other local towns.

The house has ample off-road parking. There is also a garage, which can be used for storing bikes etc. The house is close to local woods which is ideal for walking, mountain biking and other activities

The room comes fully furnished with everything you need: bed, chest of drawers, large cupboard, bedside table, and table lamp.

The rent includes all bills (ultrafast broadband, Sky TV, electricity, gas, water and council tax). In addition to the utilities of the property, you will also have access to Sky, Netflix and Amazon Prime tv services

The room is available Monday to Friday evening

I'm looking for a professional between the ages of 20 to 40, who is clean, tidy and considerate of others. The room is for single occupancy only.
I am myself an active professional, playing football, cycling (road and mountain biking), running, and paddleboarding.
