One single room for rent

One single room for rent. Reason for woman only is that when my 10 y/o daughter visits me, to feel comfortable and safe.
It is a 2 bedroom semi-detached house with garden and 2 allocated parking spaces. There is a kitchen, living room, bathroom, restroom. There are private fishing lakes with access to beautiful footpaths for long walks just behind the property. I am looking for a professional woman, clean, respectful and has a job, as I am the same.
