Enjoy the outdoors, lake, walks & cycling ?

Double room in modern townhouse on newish estate next to Hawley Lake on the M3 4a junction. Perfect for walking and cycling or just watching the ducks.

Shared bathroom if I have family/friends staying, but will be sole use the majority of the time.

Allocated parking space to rear of property, if you have a bike (engine or pedal) then happy to make space in the garage for its security.

Shared kitchen, lounge diner and garden.

I do have two loveable cats, so you will need to like them as I can’t guarantee they won’t be joining you at night or sharing their fluff with you.

First time renting a room so open to who I may find to share my home. I am hoping for someone with similar habits and humour, respectful and trustworthy. Someone who will treat my home and belongings as if their own.

I do have my partner or grown up family stay over. I’m generally found at home, partners or working (too much!)

Bus route is not too great here, but less than 10mins to Farnborough station by car. Really easy by car to local towns; Fleet, Farnborough, Sandhurst etc and Frimley Hospital..

The room doesn’t currently have a desk or bedside cabinet, but I do have one, should you want it in the room. There is a bracket in the wall for a TV but no Ariel, daughters only ever watched via WiFi.
