The room features a double bed with two cupboards and some additional storage.
The house has off street parking and has superb access to the A30 (literally a stone's throw away), Blackwater Mainline Station 7 minute walk (access to Guildford - 17 minutes, Reading and London Paddington), Farnborough Main Station is roughly 8 minutes by car depending on the time of day (London Waterloo fast train takes 27 minutes).
The bathroom was refitted a couple of years ago and features a power shower.
I have two cats and a dog (the dog is massive but friendly) so please take that into consideration before getting in touch.
The garden is landscaped with buildings to the rear featuring a decked area and incorporating a bar (indeed) and an office (this might be of potential interest if you need to work from home).
