Large double bedroom available in a double-fronted family home. Space to work from home if needed, good parking, beautiful garden, one minute walk to open countryside.

This spacious double room is fitted with a single bed to make way for seating and a desk space. Bathroom only shared with one person. Roll top bath overlooking the North Downs.

The house is large - 4 double bedrooms with myself, husband and our daughter living here with Lorna our other lodger. There is a very large kitchen diner with an Aga, a living room, separate TV room, and large conservatory which you are free to share. We have a piano which you are welcome to use. One very needy cat.

Outside there are gardens at the front, side and back of the property with two seating areas set up, BBQ, pizza oven and views across the North downs.

We all have hybrid working- more office than home. We are active outdoorsy people who like hiking, wild swimming, national trusts visits and healthy eating.

Bills, including broadband are included. TV has access to Netflix and Disney.

The village has a number of great pubs and a fantastic gym on the village green. Easy access to London and Gatwick. You’re two minutes from the Godstone M25 junction.
