After 3 years one of our flatmates is sadly leaving, so we're looking for a new tenant. Bramley is a small village in the Surrey Hills. Within a 10 minute walk you can be in beautiful countryside, and within a 2 minute walk are the following: convenience store, petrol station/Budgens, 2 country pubs, fish n chips, public library, 2 barbers, 2 cafes, butchers, Indian and a Chinese. Guildford is a 15 minute bus, or a 1 hour walk along the river. There is public parking in the library car park opposite, or the adjacent residential road.
The flat includes 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 1 downstairs), open-plan kitchen/living room (electric oven/grill/hob, 2 fridges and a freezer), and a washing machine and dryer (in the downstairs bathroom). There is understairs storage, enough space for a bike if required. There's decent broadband and freeview TV. No need to bring pots and pans etc, we have plenty of everything to share.
Your room has just been redecorated and includes a double bed & mattress, desk, bedside set of draws, large black bookcase, and a small set of shelves (all as per the two photos). The large window faces the road, but includes 2 sets of secondary glazing to reduce road noise and keep the heat in.
The 3 remaining tenants enjoy a quiet respectful flatshare, occasionally having a drink, watching a film or enjoying a pub dinner at the Jolly Farmer.
