Hi I am looking for a friendly house mate to share my home.
I moved to Bramley around 5 years ago and have completely modernised my home, new flooring, kitchen, bathroom etc.
As a civil servant I work from home a couple of times a week.
I have a spare double bedroom room that will become available around 15th May 25. There is a 4 foot double bed with plenty of drawer and wardrobe space.
200+ ft Large garden with large patio area and fish ponds for chilling out.
There is room for 1 additional car on the drive.
All bills included, including broadband and sky tv. I do have a cleaner who does a thorough clean of downstairs weekly and a light clean of the bedrooms.
I am looking for someone who is sociable, and respectful of a nice home and surrounding.

'Couldn't ask for more when seeking a room, Mark is very considerate, patient and accommodating. Never once did I feel I was renting a room from a landlord, but truly felt that I was sharing a home with a friend. Mark has recently renovated the property and it is really a fantastic space to live in, warm, comfortable and finished to a high standard. The garden is a great space with the beautiful and calming pond to enjoy evening drinks/ breakfast/or chill out time by. If you're looking for a kind, friendly and considerate room mate in a calm, tidy and clean home, look no further. Im only moving out because of a change in circumstance otherwise I'd definitely stay put!'
Bramley is close to the surrey hills, it has great off road cycle routes to Guildford, Cranleigh and Godalming as well as a bus to Guildford and Cranleigh.
The village itself, has 2 Pubs, as well as a well stocked village shop, post office and a cafe with a set; ection of takeaways. Bramley is around 3 miles outside of Guildford and there is also a bus service into town as well as Shalford train station 5 min drive from Bramley.
