I will be away most of the time overseas for work so you will have my gorgeous little place all to yourself and that means the bills need to be covered by the lodgers. Presently they total £432 per month. This is on top of the rent.

You ideally need a car to live here unless you are happy to cycle/walk after dark.

The house is located in the village of Bramley, 10 min drive to Guildford. It’s a beautiful 10 minute walk along the woodland path to the village. Village consists of Cafe, Indian, Chinese and fish and chips. Green grocer, co-op/ fuel, village store with postal services, 2 pubs within a 15 minute walk. Bus stop 1 min walk. The 24 bus goes from across the road to Guildford or Cranleigh until 4pm. The 53 (a 10 min walk away) goes to Guildford all day. Many bridleways for walking and bike riding with the South Downs link.

10 min drive out of Guildford, 10 min walk into Bramley village centre. Heart of the Surrey Hills with gorgeous walks all around.
The bedroom is at the front of the house with a built in cupboard. Storage available in loft with direct access from the bedroom. Note the stairs are pretty steep in this property. Parking outside front door.
