Little cottage share

Looking to share my quiet cosy cottage. Large double room with tons of storage available. Dining and living room, very well equipped kitchen. Garden and direct access onto the Downs Link for lovely walks. Easy bus route to Guildford, free parking, walking distance to Bramley village with its shops and restaurants.

I am self employed and have two friendly cats. I am very active teaching Pilates and doing my own fitness every day.

The house is a Victorian terrace and therefore full of character and charm, but also not a huge party house! I live quietly and respect my neighbours.

I would consider Monday-Friday let, and short term is possible with discussion.

I would ask for a small contribution to cleaning products & to share house responsibilities (keeping it clean & tidy, putting out the bins etc) but all main bills are included in the rent.
