We have our largest room available in our two-story flat, as you can see in the photos its large, fully furnished and has plenty of natural light. The current flatmates are Ed, Ginny and Bec; ideally we are looking for another male to keep the balance.

We're a friendly bunch and enjoy socialising at the local pub or at home with a bit of scrabble, and a good gin, or two. We like keeping a clean and tidy flat and are respectful of each other's space when we just want to chill out in our rooms.

The flat includes 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room, washing machine & dryer, WiFi and bike storage under the stairs.

Bramley is a small village with 2 local pubs (one with excellent home cooked food, including KitKat ice-cream!), a butchers (good pies), 2 barbers, a candle stick maker (only joking!), a convenience store (open until 10pm everyday), fish n chip shop, Chinese takeaway, Indian restaurant, chemist and a petrol station. The bus stop if 100 metres away, and Shalford train station is 2 miles down the road and Guildford Godalming and Cranleigh are around 4 miles away.

There is beautiful countryside only a 10 minute walk from the flat, and plenty of running/mountain biking tracks, as well as the old railway line and canal tow path.

Suzie and Phil Scattergood are our live out landlords, they also live in the village and are members of the NLA. Your deposit is fully protected with DPS.
