separate entrance, wall-bed, small sofa, 2 chairs + table, wardrobe, washing machine, kitchenette (electric hob with 2 rings, fridge),fan extractor, fairly new shower room, furnished, patio with table and 2 chairs, Fast Broadband (WiFi).
Outside bike shed.
This will suit professional person who works regular working hours, room is self contained but is expected to keep: 'no noise' policy after 10pm, we like our sleep.
Previous tenants loved location, average stay was 2-3 years.

Train Stations:
Dorking 5 mins. Reigate 10 mins.
Gatwick 15 mins away.

Rent per month Includes all bills.
We had people choosing different options in the past (5 or 7 days).

Mon-Friday £700 (one person)
Mon-Sunday £795 (one person)

Exit fee £150 for the professional room cleaning, or thorough cleaning by tenant.
