This ad is for two modern 1st floor furnished flats with external doorway access. They are set in a gated wooded country estate featuring ensuite shower room, toilet, sink, kitchenette double bed, table and chairs, 3 cubM of cupboards. Suite 1 is 18.91 square metre and Suite 2 is 21.77 square metres. They both have the following amenities: Oven, Microwave, Twin Hotplates, Fridge, Sink, TV, Wireless Internet, Washing machine, Dryer, Hair Dryer, Ironing Board and Iron. Water, Heating, basic electric and shared wifi internet is provided inclusive.

A £60 cleaning fee is charged for each tenant/ month. This pays for one clean of the bathroom, kitchen and carpet and exchange of linens. We have a no shoes policy in each of the rooms to minimise damage to the luxury Axminster carpet. The more expensive studio is Room 2.

The two studios have metered electricity and internet. A £30 per month premium is available for high-speed broadband. (Please note that we charge a £12/day premium for a second lodger/partner living with the in the primary lodger).
