Single occupancy only

We have a medium sized double room for single occupancy. Male or female, should be a working professional. This property is right opposite the Brookwood train station and bus stop. Hence easy access to Local areas or to London Waterloo. Local amenities are all within 5 minutes walk-able distance. On road parking available plus a permit can be obtained additionally if required. We are a married couple and both professionals and are looking for someone who is a working professional too.
