Lovely Flatshare in Heart of Brookwood Village

Looking for a new tenant in a 2 bed 2 bath flatshare in the center of Brookwood. 2mins walk to the mainline station with 35min regular trains to Waterloo.

Flat has recently been renovated to a high standard and I have been living at the flat since April 2016. Looking for a flatmate to rent the double bedroom with its own bathroom. Shared lounge and kitchen area.

I am 26yrs old, working as a floor fitter locally Mon- Fri who is laid back and easy going. Looking for a likeminded flatmate and who is clean and tidy :).

When not at work I enjoy wakeboarding, going down the gym, playing football, basketball and watching films.

All bills are included in the monthly rent.
