House share in Brookwood

I have a double bed room to let, available from 18th June 2018 for rent.(viewing from Monday 18th June by appt). Live in landlord, but I am a firefighter so work shifts and therefore not always around. I also play hockey (roller) so am often out doing this too! House has wifi, there is Sky in the bedroom to let, washing machine/ tumble dryer, large lounge, modern kitchen and bathroom. Got android TV/Sky in lounge, DVD and cabinets full of movies!
I do have my twin boys to stay alternate weekends and one night a week to fit in with my shifts but they have their own room, and we are out a lot when they're with me.
House is approximately 5 minute walk to Brookwood station, giving easy links via rail to Guildford, London Waterloo and Basingstoke etc. On street parking available. By car 5 minutes from M3 junction 4.
Easy going, but not a party animal, so prefer professional, but sociable person. Couples welcome
at a cost of £675 pcm.
