Looking for flatmate, room fully furnished

Hello.
Sadly my roommate of 2 and half years is moving out so looking for a easy going flatmate like myself.
I work monday to Thursday so I'm out of the flat in the week and im round my boyfriends quite alot.
Other than that I'm out with friends or trying to drag myself to go for a run.

Also Train station close by is Tattenham corner. 10-15 drive to epsom or sutton. 20 minute drive to Croydon.

Room fully furnished.
If you have a car there is parking outside the shops from 6.30pm to 830am or parking round the back down Duncan Road.

The flat is currently up for sale, hence why the maximum stay is so short but selling the flat is going to take longer than expected. Looking for somebody flexible on stay duration and ok for viewings.

I can be flexible with changing the rent to suit the right candidate. :)
