I am technically your landlord but I consider this to be your home too. I’ve lived in flat shares for many years before I bought this place. Long as you don’t mind sharing the communal space with a couple of bunny rabbits (who mind their own business most of the time) then you’ll feel quite at home.

The room that will be available is currently used as a fitness/ office space. All you currently see in there will be gone. It can be furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs.
