The room holds a single bed and a desk, tall built-in wardrobe with a long mirror, and storage above.
Extra storage in 3 drawers beneath the bed. Access door to garden.
Very close to bus stop, and town is accessible by walk.
Very well equipped small shopping centre, restaurants, take aways, coffee bars and Aldi all a road away, with Sainsbury a block away.
Use of stove/cooker and utensils. Bed linen provided, use of wash machine. Parking available. Designated cupboard and Fridge areas.
£450.00 pcm, with one month's deposit required. Would suit female student or post grad, including from overseas on placements (as we have aften hosted before).
Rent includes all utility bills and council tax. Excludes your food (and please do your own cooking). We will provide space within a fridge and a cupboard area for provisions.

Accommodation is dependent upon a positive reference.
