Double room/flat near Guildford and Countryside

Double room in a two-bedroom flat in Burpham, Guildford, available from January 2025.

The room is has a desk and wardrobe and there is an off-road parking space.

It is not en-suite but I will be travelling a lot so won't be in the flat very much and so you would basically have the whole place to yourself most of the time.

Parks very close buy and short drive to the Surrey hills. Aldi is opposite the flat and Sainsburys 5 min walk.

There is a bus stop opposite the flat that takes you into Guildford, and it is 10 min drive to Guildford station or 15 min drive to Woking station.

The flat is 2nd (top) floor in a gated complex with a garden and off-street car park. Quiet and private with views onto the trees.

Looking for an professional who will treat the flat with respect and keep it clean and tidy. When I am in the country I will live in the flat and rent would be reduced whilst I am there.

I enjoy being active and being in the countryside, travelling, yoga, cycling, cooking.
