One side of the house has recently (August, 2014) had all the windows replaced with double glazing.

A large, furnished double bedroom with a an en-suite shower room and flat screen TV (room can be unfurnished if requested). For a two person occupancy within the room there will be an additional charge of £100 per month.

The house is a 20 minute walk from Godalming train station which is on the main line to London Waterloo. The town centre with plenty of shops and pubs is only a 15 minute walk away.
