In 2018 I completed building my new home in Byfleet. One of my tenants is leaving to move to a single bed flat closer to work.
I fully renovated my entire house from ground up. I have a very large open plan kitchen diner, sitting room with and open fire and large TV room. The upstairs bathroom will be share with Dan & Annie (other tenants) who are extremely clean and courteous. Annie is also American and has moved home through to March so it's just Dan and I.
We are looking for a professional house mate who is ambitions, outgoing and will easily fit into the house dynamic. We socialise locally and in London after work and love a board game on a Sunday eve.
I'm open to having a chat or feel free to come for a coffee.
