The shower room is shared with only one other housemate. There is a massive living/ dining room, a well equipped kitchen, a large patio and a garden which are shared with other housemates. 

The house is fully furnished to include living room furniture, kitchenware and appliances. There is double-glazing and gas central heating throughout. 

Parking is available as well as storage space. Bills are included in the rent and a month deposit is required.
