I have a room available in my newly renovated house. This room is very light and airy, with dual aspect windows on the ground floor.

I currently live here with my 2 girls who are 5 and 6, and my mum is also living with me temporarily until the end of this year. We are all on the first floor so your room is out of the way.

My house has all been newly renovated, it's extremely spacious with 2 separate living rooms and a large garden.

The Byfleet and New Haw train station is 0.5 miles, so approx a 12 minute walk. There is Tesco and M&S minutes away also.

Your room will come with a double bed, wardrobe and also a flat screen smart TV.
