We’re looking for a lodger to rent our spacious double room, which comes with built-in wardrobes and a dedicated desk area — perfect for a single professional.

The let is on a “room only” basis, with access to:

Kitchen

Almost exclusive use of the main bathroom (used occasionally in the evenings for our young daughter’s bath)

The rest of the home is occupied by a friendly family — Mum, Dad, and two children ( daughters aged 8 and 4). Please note, this is a non-smoking household.

5 min walk to 730 bus service to Heathrow Airport (45 mins bus ride)

30-minute walk / 10-minute bus to Blackwater Station (20 min train ride to Reading/Guildford. Gatwick 1 hr).

15-minute bus / 40-minute walk to Frimley Park Hospital

20-minute bus ride to Farnborough Station, with fast trains to London Waterloo

Everything you need is close by — shops, banks, post office, library, doctors, restaurants, leisure centre, cinema, and bowling are all within easy walking distance.

Female guests preferred. Rent is negotiable depending on occupancy type. Not suitable for students or hybrid workers.
