This self-contained annexe is on the ground floor with its own front door, leading into a large size room which is living room and bedroom: it has a double bed with bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobes, own bathroom with wet-room, WC and washbasin. There is a compact kitchen, with oven, hob, fridge washing machine and eating area with table and chairs. All bills are included: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water etc.
This would suit a professional; twice-monthly cleaning is included in the price as part of the contract. Unfortunately, it's not large enough for two people, so single occupancy only.
The annexe is near the town centre with shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema and the railway station. It is also near many parks and green areas.
