Double room in high spec, 2 bed flat Camberley

Hi,
I have a two bedroom flat in Camberley, Surrey.

There’s lots of amenities in Camberley, Frimley and Farnborough as well as the Meadows shopping centre on the A30.
Easy access onto the M3 motorway.

It’s a small block of 12 with access via an automated vehicle gate and interior buzzer system for increased security of the car park and flats.

Half the car park spaces are designated and the other half are visitor bays marked for everyone’s use. You would have use of the visitor bays. There's also a big garden for shared use.

There’s a large shed and interior bike rack to lock your bike to if needed, as well as available storage space in the shed.
The entire flat was re-decorated, furnished and a new carpet put down when I moved in two years ago. I have two walk in storage rooms/cupboards for shoes/coats etc that you can use to reduce your storage needs in your room.

Bathroom is shared and has a shower/bath and plenty of storage for your needs.

Kitchen has the usual appliances including a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.

Living room has a large wall mounted TV and DVD player along with Sonos sound system.
Your room is double at 8’x9’ has a single bed if you want more space; but it will pull out to be a comfortable double bed. So it’s your choice if you want a single or double. It comes with a bedside table and lamp but these can be stored in the shed if you don’t want them.

I don’t use regular TV as I get all my shows via Netflix, Amazon etc which you’re welcome to use. However if you want regular TV you are welcome to get or transfer your TV licence to this address. Your room has a TV outlet if you also want a TV in your own room.

High speed fibre WIFI is provided by EE with good coverage throughout the flat.

Heating is provided via my Hive system and can be customised for both our schedules.

I’m 34 years old, I work day and evening shifts so you will be able to enjoy a fair few evenings and weekends without my company!

I’ve lived in other people’s house shares up until I bought this place two years ago. I’m looking to make some extra money as I’m currently getting by, but not really saving and I see this as a good opportunity to save.

I don’t smoke but don’t care if you smoke, but just not in the flat. Partners are welcome to stay over of course, but having a couple staying full time would be too many people.

I’m pretty easy going and looking for someone with a similar outlook. I want you to feel that you have an equal share of the flat.

I’m looking for someone whose independent enough to do their own thing, but with enough personality and sociability to get along with for the time we share in the flat together.
