We have a lovely, quiet, self-contained one bed annexe with en-suite bathroom upstairs and kitchen downstairs to rent out in a beautiful area of Camberley. The annexe has recently been newly decorated. The kitchen is complete with fridge freezer, induction hob and washing machine.

Please note it does not have a separate lounge but the bedroom is large and our previous tenant had a bed and small sofa with tv on the wall.

You will have your own private entrance to the annexe.

We are a 15-20 minute walk from Camberley shopping centre and Frimley Park Hospital.

Looking for a single, quiet, non-smoking tenant preferably on a long term basis but shorter term will also be considered. No access to garden however we do live opposite a lovely well kept green.

There is a built in storage/shelf area in the bedroom but you will need to provide a bed and any other furniture you require.

£950pcm inclusive of all bills plus one months rent required as security deposit.

Please note we won’t consider couples or anyone with pets. Also not suitable for anyone who works from home full time.
